Robert Flight is the bar manager at Smith's Restaurant in Ongar. He first started working at the restaurant in 2001 as a Commis Waiter and gained a keen interest in mixology. Rob received specialist training from award-winning mixologist Alex Turner, who is considered to be one of the foremost experts on all drinks and the art of bartending. Mixing classic cocktails as well as creating his own Rob has a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail- perfectly balanced, creative, vibrant flavoured cocktails are the cornerstone of his style.
